The farm’s own agricultural activities provide valuable produce, such as meat from the hotel’s own cattle, sheep and Duroc pigs. The farm’s own produce from the Pichlschloss workshop is complemented by products from organic farmers in the immediate vicinity. The harvest from the castle’s own orchard is also used in the form of homemade jams, juices and the award-winning honey from the bees. Freshly picked herbs from the kitchen garden lend the dishes their delicate, aromatic flavour. This wholesome cuisine, free from artificial additives and long transport routes, helps your body to regenerate during your holiday.
