In addition to fresh meat, the range also includes refined delicacies such as savoury pâtés, homemade sauces and carefully matured cheese, which reaches full maturity in the hotel’s stone cellar. The selection even includes specialities such as Swiss stone pine liqueur from the surrounding forests or fruity jams from the orchard.
