Holiday with a Living Atmosphere

The "Schmadl" is ideal for guests looking for a special living atmosphere for their holiday – a comfortable, modern ambience paired with the charm of vaulted ceilings and protective walls. We have made every effort to create a pleasant, cosy living space through careful adaptation and natural materials. A private entrance and the accompanying small terrace with wooden loungers allow for an undisturbed holiday. The Schmadl faces east and south – warming sunbeams will accompany you all day long!

• Living-dining room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove
• The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, dining, cooking and baking utensils.
• The table in the sunny bay window is ideal for working or for dining.
• In the evening it is cosy to light the small wood-burning stove, to feel the comforting warmth and to hear it crackle!

Bedroom with bathroom: In the bedroom, the power disconnection ensures a disruption-free, carefree night's sleep. The bright bathroom is equipped with a bathtub including a shower fixture.

The "Schmadl" is approx. 65 m², is for 2-4 people, 3 extra beds are possible, calculated on a self-catering basis, but including energy and weekly cleaning and is:

• in summer: € 250.--/night
• in winter: € 270.--/night (rental from 6 days, in winter you live in the Schmadl just like in a completely independent holiday apartment, a countryside domicile, as the Landhaus is closed)

Each additional person pays a one-time laundry fee of € 30.--/week.
A tourist tax of € 2.50 is charged per day and person.
Dogs are welcome: € 20.-/night without food, including a water bowl, dog mat and waste bags
For longer stays, we will of course be happy to offer you a package price.

Don't feel like cooking?
We serve a rich breakfast in the Landhaus – with a breakfast egg from our chickens – at € 18.-- per person and a small lunchtime buffet for € 19.-- per person. For the gourmet dinner, there is a regional Austrian or vegetarian menu at € 40.-- per person. Good to know for your winter holiday: as the hotel kitchen is closed during the winter season, the apartments are designed for self-catering during this period.

• Guests of the apartment have access to the entire range of massages, wellness and excursions.
