# Reset Fasting with Aneta Pissareva

Reset fasting with Aneta Pissareva. Your autumn fasting retreat for regeneration, vitality and a fresh start.

**Dates: 26 October to 1 November 2026**

## Your Autumn Retreat for Regeneration, Vitality and a Fresh Start

Autumn is the perfect time to slow down, let go of old habits and focus on your well-being. As the seasons change, we are invited to pause, give our bodies a break and calm our nervous systems. It is a time to recharge and gather new energy for the colder months ahead.

### Two Paths – One Goal

Therapeutic fasting or alkaline fasting – you decide which approach suits you best.

**Buchinger Therapeutic Fasting**

Ideal if you are looking for intensive metabolic activation. Many participants report a deep sense of inner cleansing and renewed vitality.

**Alkaline Fasting**

For anyone who wants to start gently or develop more mindful eating habits. An alkaline-focused diet is combined with restorative breaks between meals.

### Experience a Week That Goes Beyond a Traditional Fasting Holiday!

- Therapeutic fasting or alkaline fasting
- Daily outdoor activities in nature
- Yoga & Pilates
- Breathwork and vagus nerve activation
- Meditation and deep relaxation
- Insights into gut health & the microbiome
- Time for silence and reflection
- Extending your healthy lifespan
- Vital Aging
- Nervous system regulation

Fasting often offers much more than weight loss: a renewed connection with your body, greater self-care, increased awareness and an improved quality of life.
